Severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding (upper gastrointestinal bleeding, UGIB) often complicated by acute myocardial infarction (acute myocardial infarction, AMI), and because patients in severe UGIB cardiac failure to check often for missed AMI. These two diseases At the same time is often manifested in the presence of a unique syndrome, different from the simple UGIB or AMI, but also in the regular examination and treatment, there are many contradictions. (1) The clinical presentation is different from the separate existence of any disease.
